ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Michelle, a calm and grateful kiwi who teaches and lives by the sea in Brighton & Hove. Health and fitness has always been a very important part of my life. My physical fascination started in the theatre and I was lucky to study physical theatre and mime with Desmond Jones in London and with Lecoq and Philippe Gaulier in Paris.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over thirty years completing my 200 hours with Yogahaven, London. I was fortunate enough to receive funding to do my pilates teacher training in 2022 thanks to MACMAD NZ. I'm an aerial addict training with Fantastic Flying, London, and a Les Mills certified Body Balance instructor.
